Twelve-Year-Old Forced to Wear Diaper

A twelve-year-old was recently humiliated by her mother in public.  That may sound normal to many. However, this particular situation was very wrong.  The young girl's head was shaved and she was paraded around in public in a diaper.  You can read more about it here.
